Friday Night Dinner

Location: Valecia's Restaurant at the corner of Long Pond and Spencerport Roads
Cost: $15.50 per person. Children under 5 will be free.
Time: Arrive at Valecia's between 6:00 and 6:30 to visit with family and dinner will be served at 6:45.
Italian Buffet will include: Tossed Salad, Garlic & Bruchetta Bread, Eggplant Parmigiana, Gnocchi's Napoli, Italian Meatballs, Vegetable Agilio-olio, coffee and tea. We will also have a cookie tray for dessert.

Saturday Picnic

Location: Veterans Memorial Park in Henrietta
Cost: $11.00 per head for everyone over the age of 10. This price includes tax, delivery/set up charge, tip and the cost of the cabin. Everything is supplied for the meal including pop. You may want to bring extra drinks for the duration of the day. We are supplying snacks and desserts this year. You should bring lawn chairs for sitting outside and any entertainment that your family engages in, i.e. bocce balls, baseballs, games, etc. There are ballfields, tennis courts and a large playground for the young ones. The cabin is ours from 11:00AM on. For those who arrive early, we'll have donuts and coffee. Dinner will be served at 2:30. It will be completely different from the Friday night dinner.

Please list the number of people attending each activity. Also list the number of children under 5 attending the dinner, and those 10 and under attending the picnic.
